Ready to get started?

1. Start Gathering Documents – refer to our checklist of policy and benefit documents we need to ensure an accurate and complete assessment.

2. Upload your documents to a secure portal and complete a brief questionnaire via our RMH Compass Intake Form.  The form helps us understand your organization’s profile and ensure we benchmark your company against similar employers.

3. Schedule a Validation Review Call – our Client Success Team will be in touch to ensure we’ve gathered all the necessary information for your assessment. Once finalized, we will schedule an Insights Review call to review your Custom RMH Compass Benchmarking Insights Report (see sample).
