Meet Our Team
Flory Wilson
Flory has spent 20 years working at the intersection of business, impact and sustainability. She launched RMH Compass in 2024 to engage the business community in supporting and protecting workers’ reproductive and maternal health. She started her career working for the federal government’s development finance bank (DFC) then spent 10 years growing the B Corp movement and working with the nascent impact investing community on impact measurement.

Bethany LoMonaco
Head of Marketing and Communications
Bethany LoMonaco is a seasoned communications strategist with more than 18 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations and founders across higher education and healthcare. As Head of Communications and Marketing at RMH Compass, she oversees brand development, communications strategy, and the operational systems that support the organization's growth. Bethany holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Georgetown University and is based in Denver, Colorado.
Kevie Keeton
Kevie specializes in connecting clients with the tools, data, and resources they need to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Before joining RMH Compass, she spent 15 years as a client management leader at the Advisory Board Company, where she oversaw strategic partnerships with healthcare executives. She holds a BS in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Ndoye Maty
Ndoye is a public health professional with over 5 years of experience advancing equity-centered strategies in maternal health, benefits design, and client engagement. With a background in public health, customer success, and health equity, she brings a unique lens to helping organizations build healthier, more supportive workplaces. Ndoye holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and is passionate about transforming systems through data-driven strategy, health policy’s, and a deep commitment to expanding reproductive and maternal health access for all.

Julia Love
Julia Love is a fundraising strategist with more than 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations in the U.S. and globally to further their impact. She has held senior development roles at Generation Citizen, Teach For All, iMentor, The Resource Foundation, where she led fundraising and communications strategy, secured transformational gifts, and built and coached global teams. She founded Coro Advisors to help organizations of all sizes build customized fundraising strategies rooted in mission and trust. As Head of Philanthropy at RMH Compass, she leads fundraising strategy and works to secure support for the organization's mission. Julia holds dual master's degrees in public affairs from Columbia University and the London School of Economics and a B.A. from Duke University, and is a Fulbright scholar. She is based in Westchester, New York.

Beth Richardson
With almost two decades of leadership in mission-oriented product development, Beth is an expert in leveraging technical systems for social good. During her eight-year tenure at B Lab, she supported the growth of the B Corp movement. At both B Lab and BlueMark, she led the development of data and rating products specifically designed to serve the impact investing markets. This expertise in technical systems also informed her work in public health, where she built and scaled digital tools for Dimagi and MiracleFeet. She holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
