Meet Our Team
Flory Wilson
Flory has spent 20 years working at the intersection of business, impact and sustainability. She launched RMH Compass in 2024 to engage the business community in supporting and protecting workers’ reproductive and maternal health. She started her career working for the federal government’s development finance bank (DFC) then spent 10 years growing the B Corp movement and working with the nascent impact investing community on impact measurement.

Anthea Kelsick
Strategic Advisor
Anthea Kelsick is a seasoned strategist and communications expert with over 20 years of experience driving impactful initiatives across private, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. As Co-CEO at B Lab U.S. & Canada, she led efforts to align the organization’s mission with systemic economic transformation and now serves as Governance Chair on its board. Passionate about advancing equity and sustainability, Anthea combines analytical rigor with a human-centered approach to leadership. She holds a dual degree MBA and MA in International Studies from Wharton/UPenn and a BA in Psychology with Honors from Stanford University.
Kevie Keeton
Kevie specializes in connecting clients with the tools, data, and resources they need to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Before joining RMH Compass, she spent 15 years as a client management leader at the Advisory Board Company, where she oversaw strategic partnerships with healthcare executives. She holds a BS in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Ndoye Maty
Ndoye is a public health professional with over 5 years of experience advancing equity-centered strategies in maternal health, benefits design, and client engagement. With a background in public health, customer success, and health equity, she brings a unique lens to helping organizations build healthier, more supportive workplaces. Ndoye holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and is passionate about transforming systems through data-driven strategy, health policy’s, and a deep commitment to expanding reproductive and maternal health access for all.

Abby Sugg
Abby brings over a decade of experience across the healthcare industry, spanning both public and private sectors, with expertise in product management, population health strategy, and communications. She has led initiatives across providers, payers, and health IT, specializing in translating complex challenges into accessible, people-centered solutions. She holds an MS in Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
