1. Start Gathering Documents – refer to our checklist of policy and benefit documents we need to ensure an accurate and complete assessment.

2. Upload your documents to a secure portal and complete a brief questionnaire via our RMH Compass Intake Form.  The form helps us understand your organization’s profile and ensure we benchmark your company against similar employers.

3. Schedule a Validation Review Call – our Client Success Team will be in touch to ensure we’ve gathered all the necessary information to give you best-in-class benchmarks and insights. Once finalized, we will schedule an Insights Review call to review your Custom RMH Compass Benchmarking Insights Report (see sample).
