High-Impact Events & Main Stages

  • SXSW 2025 | Fireside Chat (SHE Media Lounge): In partnership with the Corporate Advocacy team at Planned Parenthood, Flory joined Dawn Laguens to discuss the business case for employer-supported RMH throughout the entire worker lifecycle. See video to the right for a clip of this session.

  • Employers Health Annual Benefits Summit | Panel Session: Focused on the spectrum of family-building support, from low-cost policy tweaks to major fertility investments. This session qualified for SHRM continuing education credits.

Industry-Specific Workshops

  • HR Retail 2025 | Facilitator: Led a hands-on workshop for HR and Benefits managers on no-cost policy "tweaks" that improve RMH wellness. Hosted in partnership with Mejuri (an RMH Compass client).

Podcasts & Digital Media

  • National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) Podcast: Champion Michelle Travis, as NAWL member and advisory board leader, interviewed Flory about the opportunities for lawyers to become change agents for RMH access at work. (Release Date: May 1)

  • LinkedIn Live & Webinar Series: Frequent collaborations over LinkedIn Live and other platforms with industry experts and members of our Standards Advisory Working Group on key RMH issues — including how to support menopause in the workplace with Kacy Fleming, M.A. and strategies for supporting the return-to-work phase following parental leave with Amy Beacom, Ed. D.
